Returns & Exchanges Policy

Each Ratio bag is made to order, crafted uniquely for you. As a result, we do not offer traditional returns or refunds. However, if you change your mind, we are happy to offer store credit toward a future purchase.

If your bag arrives with a craftsmanship or quality issue, please contact us at madeforyou@theratio.studio within 7 days of delivery. We take pride in our work and will make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
