For over 20 years, I designed footwear and accessories that sold around the world. I learned the rules of luxury—and saw where they were breaking.

Endless inventory. Massive waste. A lack of connection between brand and buyer. I knew there had to be a better way.

So I left behind what I had built and started over. The Ratio is my return to craftsmanship, meaning, and a direct connection with the person who matters most: you.

Everything is made to order. Nothing exists until you choose it. That’s the future I want to build and the kind of brand I’d want to buy from.

Each bag is made to order—just for you. We don’t hold inventory, which means there are no markdowns, no waste, and no overproduction. Your bag is crafted when you buy it, not before.

We use upcycled luxury leather and produce with zero waste. It’s better for the planet, and better for you—because what you carry shouldn’t carry a cost to the future. Responsible materials, made with purpose.
